When it comes to credentialing with insurance companies, I can tell you from personal experience that this is a very daunting task. My business partner and I are both NP's that decided to venture into the territory of opening our own practice early 2024 (yes that long ago and we are finally live thanks to Tara!). We both were very inexperienced with business ownership and therefore fell into the trap and delusions of grandeur that were promised by not ONE but TWO credentialing companies who promised great results for a reasonable price. Suffice it to say, both times we were very badly burned with even threats from Medicare itself regarding fraudulence on applications that we never even got to see. 

Prestige was our third and FINAL stop. Needless to say, Tara and her team are exceptional. We decided to utilize her services despite the price difference. It was wonderful to actually speak to a human being who knew English first and foremost but also was compassionate and LOCAL. She has not only fixed other companies’ errors and gotten us out of potential trouble with payors but also been extremely gracious with holding our hand through this entire experience which is quite exhausting.
